STERIDIAMOND - PACKAGING MATERIALS
 POUCHES
AND ROLLS
STERIDIAMOND® pouches and rolls
have been designed to be used by hospitals and dentists or
everybody wants to sterilize instruments or any other medical
devices with steam or gas procedures. The products are manufactured
by kraft medical grade paper and a plastic film composed by
polyester/polypropylene.It is used white paper humidity resistant,
which is developed to get an high level bacterial protection.
All prints, included
the chemical indicators for Steam and Eo, are placed on the
paper side, to avoid the contact of the reagent ink with
the product inside, and/or the potential release of polluting
agents (in compliance with UNI EN 867 1-2). The process indications
are written in Italian and English language.
The sealing
is multiline, continuous and has been effectued to prevent
risk of contamination during the stocking operations and
when the pack is open. STERIDIAMOND® pouches and rolls
are disposable items, and they can't be reused. The products
range includes flat pouches, self-sealing pouches, flat rolls
and gusseted rolls: they are all available in different sizes
to satisfy all customer requirements .
 CREPED
GREEN PAPER
The medical grade creped paper is used to wrap all packs which
have to be sterilized.
The creped paper is manufactured and checked in conformity
to the European rules.
