Sterilization integrators three-phased.
PERFORMER, sequential sterilization integrator designed to control sterilization processes with high vacuum autoclaves
as well as in gravity removal type autoclaves, working at all sterilization cycles with standard reference temperatures of 121°c or 134°C.
The integrator is completely laminated in order to preclude possible ink transfer to sterilized items.
It shows the equal performance with biological indicators through added factors, which has been approved by sequential tests: thanks to the three indicator points star shaped, it provides more indications than a simply indicator non-sequential.
Different initial colours show different and very distinguished calibrations.
PERFOMER sterilization integrator allows the cycles verify with different temperatures by using just one products.
Turning final colour to black does not change throughout the time and under exposure to light.
The box is simply to handle, inviolable and it makes easy to take each unit out.

Chemical indicator/integrator strip for steam sterilization
It has been printed with steam chemical indicator laminated , non toxic, reacting when exposed to temperature and satured steam in a fixed time, in compliance to the reference norms.
It will show a clear exposure to a satured steam sterilization cycle changing color from yellow to black.
The chemical integrator EC.STEAM 98.3L provides all the information relative to manifacturing date, expiry and lot number, and it is completed with several spaces where the operator can write important indications as: sterilization date, loading materials and operator’s name.

 CIRCULAR ADHESIVE STEAM POINT INDICATOR
Circular adhesive steam point indicator is a useful product to apply to all items will be processed under sterilization process.
The point indicator permits to the operator to distinguish if load has been processed or not. It has small dimensions (12mm diameter) easy to use and change colour from pink to black after steam sterilization process.
